Relish Takes Canada’s Biggest Science Fair Virtual

For the first time in its 59-year history, the country’s largest annual youth science, technology, engineering, and mathematics event — the Canada-Wide Science Fair — is going virtual with Relish’s help.

“We’ve been working with our development partners, Relish Studios and engineering.com to ensure that our new registration portal and the ProjectBoard platform are seamlessly connected,” says Reni Barlow, Executive Director of Youth Science Canada (YSC).

This exciting project began as a collaborative full-stack redesign of YSC’s website. Relish and YSC came together to create a cohesive brand platform from front to back to support students, teachers, judges, volunteers, and regional fair organizers.

“With all the different use cases and data that YSC handles, this was a huge undertaking,” said Relish Studios CEO Paul Pattison. “Working from the ground up, we’re improving every touch point to ensure a cohesive and intuitive experience for the users of YSC’s portal. We can’t wait to bring it all together for the Canada-Wide Science Fair in May.”
